Essay

The thesis is devoted to one of the urgent problems of gynecology - reducing the frequency of violations of reproductive health of women who live in yodendemic regions. The basis of the research is the study of the influence of iodine deficiency on the reproductive health of women, at the childbearing age, in benign processes of the cervix uterus through the disclosure of the pathogenetic mechanisms of changes in the pituitary-ovaries of the identified violations of thyroid gland functioning, as well as manifestation of possible leverage of influence on prevention and treatment of background diseases of the cervix uterus in natural iodine deficiency. The reduction of the coefficient of progesterone / estradiol at the women of the main group indicates that the relative giperestrogeniya and also absolute and relative hipoprohesteronemiya occurs at a considerable number of examinedpatients and it is one of pathological links of the development of background diseases of the cervix uterus of women who live in conditions of natural iodine deficiency. An algorithm is created for givingdiagnosis of cervical background diseases in iodine deficiency as one of the key elements of the determination of further tactics of the treating such patients. The complex of offered preventive, treating measures,directed to a personalized approach for correcting not only pathologists cervix, but also revealed the violations of thyroid glands function and hormonal menstrual disorders, which can reduce the frequency of relapses and / or progression of cervical pathology background and improve indicators of reproductive health in general.
