Object - a system of training highly skilled weightlifters; aim - to develop the models of preparedness of weightlifters of high qualifications; methods: theoretical analysis and synthesis; documentary methods; pedagogical observation, anthropometric methods; theoretical analysis and generalization; documentary techniques, pedagogical supervision; anthropometric research methods, instrumental technique for obtaining empirical data - digital video recording; biomechanical analysis of the kinematic parameters of weightlifting equipment exercises, methods of mathematical statistics and scientific modeling, novelty - multi-level mathematical models of the relationship of athletic performance in competitive weightlifting exercises between technical indicators and physical fitness were built ; tactical schemes of the optimal competitive activity weightlifters qualifications are defined; kinematic, dynamic and rhythmic features in the technique of competitive exercises of highly qualified weightlifters of both sexes are defined; results - the actual models of preparedness of weightlifters qualifications were set up. Methods of testing the safety and preparedness of weightlifters are implemented in preparation of the national teams of Ukraine in weightlifting based on non-contact opto-electronic computer system; used in the training process of the national teams of athletes in weightlifting proposed control methods of psychological preparedness. The developed models are used for the correction in training of weightlifters for high level competitions of national teams of Ukraine and in the training process CYSS FSO "Spartacus" Kolomya, which is confirmed by the relevant implementing regulations. The developed software copyright for biomechanical video analysis is used in Lviv State University of Physical Culture; field - physical education and sport.
