The effectiveness of the model of system of forming the culture of business communication of future specialists of economic specialization is theoretically grounded, experimentally checked. The state of the phenomenon 'communication' and 'business communication' as a category of modern science is specified. The model of system of forming the culture of business communication of future specialists of economic specialization is grounded and experimentally checked. The offered model of system of forming the culture of business communication of future specialists of economic specialization consists of three interconnected components (motivational and valued, speech and informational, operational and action), includes the structure (object, objectives, motives, actions, needs, product, means), the forms (oral: business conversation, negotiations, meetings, speeches, press conferences, debates, presentations, discussions; written: writing business correspondence), the means of business communication (linguistic, paralinguistic, technical), as well as the means of Internet communication (e-mail, teleconferences, sites, forums, chats) of future specialists of economic specialization. The criteria (motivational, cognitive, reflective)and indices (motivation, sociability, skills of business communication, skills of Internet communication, levels of self-evaluation and self-testing) of forming the culture of business communication of future specialists of economic specialization are checked.7452
