Essay

The main purpose of the dissertation is improve the efficiency of the construction projects at the expense of the fundamental ideas of renovation, maintenance and improvement of the parametric framework of specialized techniques and models. Analysis of the scientific and regulatory literature in the field of construction has proved the feasibility of integrated learning environment to improve implementation of construction projects, taking into account external and internal factors. Found that the current realities of the construction industry have internal preconditions for efficiency improvement projects through the device of their organizational and technological modeling in accordance with the needs of modern economic and management environment. To analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the mathematical construction project created an auxiliary model multidimensional factor transformation in a table, to take into account the parameters that affect the system performance of the construction project and to obtain the ranking of possible time and cost options for the project as a tool, which has the following distinctive features - objectivity , the independence of the result, the ability to rank the initial list are ranked on interesting indicator. The introduction, in the practice of building research results helped to optimize the resource load profiles of the project in accordance with the updated calendar schedules and further reduce the duration of the individual parts of 2 to 5%.
