Essay

The scientific organizational approaches to master's degree training in European education and research area are studied in the thesis. Peculiarities of master's degree programs implementation in Finnish higher education are enlightened. It is shown that modern Finnish education progress is reached by the purposeful policy in education, research and innovations development during the last decades, core of which is teaching staff preparation for different levels of education system. Social context of the pre-service teacher training in the last third part of 20th - beginning of 21st century is characterized.
