The dissertation presents the results of theoretical and experimental study of future educators of pre-schools to implement an individual approach in working with preschool children. Based on the categorical analysis, nature of the terms "implementation of individual approach" in working with preschool children, "willingness to implement an individual approach" of future preschool educators is defined. The components, criterias, indicators and levels of future educators willingness to implement an individual approach in working with preschool children are defined. The content, forms and methods of preparing future educators to implement an individual approach with preschool children are characterized and proven their effectiveness experimentally.
