The thesis is devoted to the theoretical substantiation and experimental revision of the education conditions of the professional and creative development of the future junior technical specialist in the process of the professional training. In this investigation the problems of the forming of the junior specialist with necessary, professional and creative qualities are analyzed; the model of the professional and creative development of the specialist in the technical college is worked out and substantiated; the system of the diagnoses of the readiness levels of the students of the technical colleges for the creative and professional activity is revealed.
