Thesis is a theoretical and experimental research into the problem of pedagogical sup-port of the future natural sciences teachers' personal self-realization in the process of study-ing at higher educational establishments. There was first developed, scientifically substantiated and tested the experimental model and pedagogical conditions of providing professors and supervising professors with the training for pedagogical support of personal self-realization of the future natural sciences teachers in the process of studying at higher educational establishments; the essences of the following notions were clarified: "personal self-realization of the future natural sciences teacher".
