The dissertation is devoted to the problem the forming of valuable competencies of future music masters in the process of conductor-choral preparation. It is opened the essence and structure value competence of future music masters, the possibility of its use in conductor-choral preparation. Determined its structure and features of forming in the process of conductor-choral preparation; it is analyzed the present state of conductor-choral preparation; it is based the model and pedagogical conditions of forming valuable competencies of future music masters in the process of conductor-choral preparation; it is determined the criteria, indexes and levels of its formation.
