The dissertation is devoted to the development of the scientific and engineering fundamentals of the creation of multi-functional solar systems using the methods evapora-tion cooling media. Developed scheme solutions of solar cooling and systems of the air-conditioning on the basis of gas-liquid solar collector-regenerators. A new generation of collectors ensures the recovery of the concentration of the absorbent and maintaining the continuity of the cycle on the basis of solar energy.
