Tupchiy A. Formation of future accounting professionals' expertise in the learning process

In the thesis the problem of forming future accounting professionals' expertise in the learning process in higher education has been examined. The author analyzes the basic concepts of the study, specifies the concept of "future accounting professionals' expertise," reveals the theoretical aspects of the formation and develops its structure. The analysis of the current state of tourism labor market and problems of training future accounting professionals is presented. The problems of forming future accounting professionals' expertise, the criteria, the levels and rates of diagnosis of the expertise formation have been described. The organizational and pedagogical conditions of the learning environment, learning content have been established and developed and the use of methods, means and forms of education have been demonstrated as well as the dynamics of the formation has been studied. The model of future accounting professionals' expertise hs been theoretically substantiated and the methods of its implementation and its components have been identified. The effectiveness of the model of future accounting professional's expertise has been proved by experimental results.
