The work is devoted to the formation of professional competence fitter centers of vocational education. Analyzed the methodological and conceptual foundations of future field workers maintenance vehicle in the system of vocational education.The essence and the current state of the problem of the formation of future mechanics' professional competence in vocational educational centers is analized in educational theory and practice. Based on the analysis of the literature the essence and pedagogical conditions of future mechanics' professional competence in vocational educational centers is defined. It is shown the common psychological and pedagogical peculiarities of future mechanics' professional competence in vocational educational centers. The model of future mechanics' professional competence in vocational educational centers is developed and scientifically proved. Experimentally tested the efficiency of the developed method of forming mechanics' professional competence in vocational educational centers. The scientific and methodological support of the proposed technique is developed.
