Essay

It is shown that total low-dose fractionazing X-ray irradiation of rats (in a dose 0,5 Gy per day during 3 days) results in a disbalance serum pro- and antiinflammatory cytokines (increasimg of level of TGF-beta; and IL-10 and decreasing of level of IFN-gama; and IL-4), depressing of phagocyte activity of macrophages and neutrophils, increasing of concentration of circulatory immune complexes and decreasing of activity of complement in the serum of blood.
