Essay

The object of research is the process of transformation of the country's labor market in the context of globalization. The aim is to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations of studies of the formation of the global labor market and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for the regulation of labor markets in the context of global transformations. Methods: the unity of history and logic, the method of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, the structural method, the methods of economic and mathematical modeling, the method of comparative analysis, etc. Theoretical results: composed in the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the global labor market and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for the regulation of labor markets of countries in a globalized world economy. Practical results: composed in the development of conceptual frameworks to improve regulation of the labor market in Ukraine in the context of global changes and global economies. Scientific novelty: for the first time: a conceptual framework proposed by the structural transformation of the global labor market; improved: the theoretical foundations of the study of the international labor market in the context of globalization; organizational and economic principles of the regulation of labor markets in the context of globalization; further developed: the conceptual and categorical apparatus of labor market research; scientific and theoretical foundations of the study of the labor market. The degree of implementation: the results of the study introduced into practice of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Donetsk Chamber of Commerce, the Donetsk Regional Employment Center; Kramatorsk City employment Center; PJSC "NKMZ" and also used in the learning process of Donbass State Engineering Academy. Application areas: inter-industry.
