The thesis is devoted to analysis of the role of informal institutes of collective world leadership as mechanisms of regulation of postbipolar system of international relations. The author has determined outstanding characteristics of conceptual interpretations and content of global governance. The thesis contains systematization, classification and analysis of theoretical viewpoints on the issue of global governance, the main phases of which are determined.
