Essay

The object of the study areas were obsolete housing is fondu.Predmetom cost structure and investment to ensure the reconstruction of old housing in various urban environments. The methodological basis of the study were the methods of statistical analysis, economic-mathematical modeling and verification of the proposed models. The model estimates the economic efficiency of reconstruction of obsolete housing stock for different urban conditions, which can be used for rapid assessment of the expected return on reconstruction projects in the field of urban planning and management of urban development.
