The author has systematized forms of cross-border cooperation. Methodical approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of cross-border cooperation have been substantiated. Groups of partners of cross-border cooperation "CBC-13", "CBC-7", "CBC-6" have been formed. The place of the cross-border cooperation in the EU strategy has been determined and the level of use of the European Neighborhood and Partnership Instrument has been analyzed.
