Lotosh O. Foreign direct investment in the economic security of Ukraine.

The dissertation dedicated to the role of foreign direct investment in the system of economic security. Author analyzed the theoretical basis of the process impact of foreign investment on the economy of the host countries and countries of origin of investment. The study investigated the conceptual foundations of foreign direct investment in the economic security of the country and are considered institutional framework regulating foreign direct investment in post-crisis period. In the work were examined structure and trends in the movement of foreign direct investment in Ukraine's economy in the process of economic transformation. The research uncovered the basic principles of an enabling environment to use foreign direct investment in the context of enhancing economic security of Ukraine, and presented and proved tools to limit the negative impact of foreign direct investment to national economic security. The author has developed recommendations for optimizing the impact of FDI on economic development of Ukraine.
