Dyuhovanets O. Formation of the common European Union policy in the course of venture capital financing.

The thesis is devoted to studying of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of formation and realization of a common policy in the course of venture capital financing in the EU as well as developing practical recommendations for the implementation of the European experience of public policy venture financing in Ukraine. The essence of venture capital and venture financing factors of conjunctures are found. The existing methods of stimulation venture capital industry and outlines possible models of state policy on venture financing are analyzed. The impact of economic integration on cross-border venture financing and reveals the economic factors of cross-border flows of venture capital are scientifically substantiated. Current trends and challenges of European venture capital market are studied. National instrument that stimulate venture industry of EU member states are considered. Basis for formation and implementation of the joint mechanism of the EU policy in the course of venture capital funding are grounded, as well as level of communitarian venture capital activity in the countries of the EU are demonstrated. The experience of European countries on venture funding and identified problems and promising directions for improving the current practices of venture business in Ukraine are analyzed.
