Biliavets S. Professional culture formation of contract servicemen in the of the state border guard authorities.

Thesis is devoted to the problem of professional culture forming of contract servicemen in the state border guard authorities. The analysis of the research problem in pedagogical theory and practice have been done; the essence, structure and the professional culture peculiarities of contract servicemen in the state border guard authorities of Ukraine have been clarified. The criteria and indicators are defined; the levels of professional culture formation and its real state of contract servicemen in the service activity conditions have been described. Pedagogical conditions have been substantiated; the structural-functional model and the method of professional culture forming of the contract servicemen in the state border guard authorities of Ukraine have been developed. Basing on these results the practical recommendations on the efficient professional culture formation of the contract servicemen have been worked out for the chiefs of the state border guard authorities.
