The thesis deals with the problem of the training of prospective professionals of preschool educational institutions for management in the process of professionally-oriented disciplines study. The peculiarities of the training of prospective professionals of preschool educational institutions for management activities have been studied; the basic concepts «training», «readiness for the management», «professionally-oriented disciplines» has been defined; the uniqueness of a kindergarten as the object of the management has been developed. The state of readiness of the prospective professionals in «Early childhood education» speciality for the management activities in the process of training at a higher educational institution has been determined. The following organizational and methodical conditions of the specified training have been singled out, theoretically grounded and tested.
