Galaguz I. Ethnic nationality mobilization of Ukrainians and ethnic minorities of Central Polessia( in the 1990 – 2012s).

In the dissertation the problem of mobilization of Ukrainians and ethnic minorities was investigated in cultural, educational, religious, political and other spheres of life on the basis of wide circle of sources and scientific literature. The features and specific lines of ethno-demographic processes of territory of Central Polessia (Zhytomyrshchyna, Kyivshchyna, Rivne region), were disclosed. The dynamics of quantity of national minorities of these regions was found out. The development and activity of national and cultural societies of region Central Polessia in the end ХХ - at the beginning ХХІ centuries were analysed. The process of proceeding in the spiritual and material culture of national minorities was exposed on the basis of the conducted measures, basic forms and methods of saving of the same culture were set. The participating of ethnic associations was analysed in social and political processes and the ethnic politicizing as the way was reflected to the search of the international understanding. It was found out, that successful frontier co-operation influences on becoming of tolerant international relations.
