Pidvysotskyi Y. Innovative financial instruments in the investment risk-management of international business-projects.

Dissertation is dedicated to the decision of up to date problem: search of innovative financial instruments with the purpose of management the investment risks of international business-projects. In dissertation research first grounded and systematized scientific logic of development of innovative financial instruments according to historical context and modern challenges of the world economy; created the verbal model of development of credit default swaps on the modern post-crisis stage of financial innovations evolution in the system of economic relations of world economy; carried out modeling on the basis of correlation-regressive analysis of influence of the innovative financial instruments and GDP of Ukraine chosen for research on the volume of the attracted lines of foreign investments, grounded expedience of application of the real assets both in world and in Ukrainian practice of risk-management of international business-projects; improved the methodology of new innovative financial instruments determination: their classification is extended on the basis of time, event and behavior of economic subject factors.
