Mechanisms of state regulation of the resource supplement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: professional development of human potential. Theoretical definitions and scientific basis of modern mechanisms of state regulation resourcing Armed Forces as a means to influence the formation and quality of human resources of the Armed Forces in terms of professional development of human potential. Determine the current state of development and reform of the Armed Forces and to identify factors influencing the state on the performance of the Armed Forces and the quality of their human resources, the influence of the personnel policy of the Armed Forces of the present stage in the process of professional development of the human potential of the Armed Forces, to analyze complex mechanisms of state regulation of professional development of human potential and to determine MAT their essence, to clarify the role of motivational systems in professional activities of military personnel, to develop proposals to ensure the quality of human resources of the Armed Forces. Research methods are: knowledge, historical principles, systems, socialization, comparative, sociological, structural and functional analysis techniques. Studies for new approaches to resourcing Armed Forces in terms of professional development of human potential and improve state regulation of professional Human Development of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the context of reform. Comprehensively investigated the mechanism of state regulation resourcing Armed Forces in terms of professional development of human potential, allowing to identify the most important factors of influence and suggest ways to improve their cooperation in order to develop professional armed forces, developed tools support the professional development of the human potential of the Armed Forces and prospects identified their involvement in motivational mechanism. Case studies in command of the Naval Forces of Ukraine, Department Command Staff personnel of the Naval Forces of Ukraine, Personnel Center Naval Forces of Ukraine.
