Essay

The main existing methods of research of processes of accumulation of slime in closed water and slurry system are analyzed. Shortcomings of existing criteria of an assessment of overall performance of water and slurry system are revealed. The new technique of an assessment of process of accumulation with application of the theory of counts and a method of the numerical iterations, allowing to consider inertial properties of the scheme is developed. Computer modeling of work of difficult water and slurry systems GOF "Luganskay" and COF "Chumakovskaya" taking into account inertial properties of sweats and devices is executed. Scientific value of work consists in determination of dependence of time of achievement of equilibrium concentration of slime from a total lag effect of system which for thin slime looks like exhibitors, and for the granular - a straight line. Coefficients in dependences are individual for each system of regeneration of reverse waters. It allowed to define the directions of improvement of topology of the difficult closed production cycles. The developed recommendations about increase of overall performance of water and slurry system are introduced on GOF "Luganskaya". Time of stabilization of amount of slime decreased by 25% for thin and for 40% for the granular. Expected annual economic effect of introduction of the offered recommendations of a mode makes about 20 thousand UAH at the expense of reduction of circulation of high-ash thin slimes.
