Essay

The thesis deals with the pedagogical possibilities of future veterinarians' self-efficacy formation in the process of professional training. The author highlighted the essence of self-efficiency and age dynamics in the process of professionalization of students; identified the professional determinants of future veterinarians' self-efficacy, its structure, criteria and indicators. Was studied the physiological peculiarities of future veterinarians' self-efficiency and methodological approaches to its formation. In the research were elaborated and implemented in practice the pedagogical conditions for self-efficacy formation for future doctors of veterinary medicine. Was developed an individual program for self-improvement and training "Formation of self-efficacy".
