This thesis focuses on actual for modern pedagogical theory and practice problem of the ways of realization the ethnopedagogical component in training future teachers of humanitarian specialities. It is defined the structure of ethnopedagogical component that includes ethnopedagogical culture, ethnopedagogical competence, ethnopedagogical thinking and reflection, which are comprise the notion "ethnopedagogical readiness". Organizational and pedagogical conditions influencing the effective realization of ethnopedagogical component are theoretically grounded and experimentally proved. The model of organizational and pedagogical conditions intrusion into educational process has been worked out. This model incorporates the target, content, technology and result blocks, interaction of which provides its wholeness and functioning. The process of ethnopedagogical training of humanitarian specialities future teachers involves such stages: motivation and orientation, reproduction and activity, practice and creativity, reflection and evaluation. Each of these stages should be followed by realization of the defined organizational and pedagogical conditions. The forming experiment approved the effectiveness of the suggested organizational and pedagogical conditions and the methods of solving the problem in the system of professional education.
