The object of research is a professional training of juridical field students; the subject of research is the pedagogical conditions of future juridical field specialists social-professional position formation; the aim of research is to ground theoretically and to examine experimentally the pedagogical conditions of future juridical field specialists social-professional position formation; methods of research- theoretical the analysis of scientific philosophical-cultural, social-economic, psychological-pedagogical literature; empirical: psychological-pedagogical observation, the study of documentation and pedagogical experience; statistic: quantitative and qualitative processing of the results of pedagogical experiment with the usage of mathematical statistics methods; the scientific novelty of the obtained results is that: for the first time: the essence of future juridical field specialists social-professional position is found as the complex characteristic of professionalism which combines in itself professional self-knowledge, self-determination, self-actualization, self-regulation, and appears in the system of attitudes of future juridical field specialists to the chosen profession, in their behavior and actions; the structure, criteria and indicators of this professional competence is developed; the specificity of conditions formation of students social-professional position in the course of professional training of future jurists is outlined; the technology of future juridical field specialists social-professional position formation is developed, theoretically grounded and experimentally examined.
