Komarov O. International innovative development is in the conditions of global transformations

The object of research is the process of international innovation development in a global transformational changes in the global economy. The aim is to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of international innovation and development of scientific and practical recommendations for international innovation development in a global transformations in the global economy. Methods: methods of theoretical generalization, analysis, synthesis, clustering and classification method of statistical analysis, comparison, method of system analysis, economic-mathematical modeling and so on. Theoretical results are to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of international prerequisites innovation and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for the international innovative development for the effects of global transabsorbers global economy. Bottom line: lies in the fact that the theoretical results, conclusions and proposals contained in thesis form the basis of determining the directions and components of innovation development of Ukraine in order to improve the international competitiveness of the national economy in a global transformation. Scientific novelty: the first time: proposed components of the innovation policy of Ukraine; improved: a system of indicators of innovative activity, targets of state science and technology policy, forms of state support for innovation; receive further development: the definition of "international innovation development", the basic components of the field innovation, principles development of long-term strategies for sustainable development of innovative character, grounded quests need to develop a mechanism for damping cyclical fluctuations.
