The thesis deals with the complex scientific and theoretical study of the problem of national legislation approximation to the EU legislation on the experience of Central and Eastern Europe. The paper also comprehensively examined the features of national Ukrainian legislation approximation to that of the EU, and recommendations to improve this process have been made.
