Essay

The thesis contains results of theoretical and experimantal investigation of teachers' pedagogical competence process in the system of medical college methodical work. Exploring the current state of teachers' pedagogical competence in higher educational establishments of I-II accreditation levels revealed a number of difficulties in the qualitative pedagogical activity implementation and showed that teachers need help in deepening the theoretical knowledge in pedagogical theory, psychology; in learning modern educational technologies. The structure of medical college teachers' pedagogical competence was determined and justified in the research process, namely: value-motivational, cognitive-procedural, evaluative-reflective, creative components; the following stages of teachers' pedagogical competence development were determined: diagnostic, target, theoretical, practical and effective; interactive program, which includes the content, forms and methods of teachers' pedagogical competence development, was developed and implemented into the methodical work system of medical educational establishments of I-II accreditation levels. The results of pedagogical experiment proved high efficiency of the developed and implemented interactive program of teachers' pedagogical competence development in the system of medical college methodical work.
