Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of the features of the implementation of the international human rights standards in the legal system of the State of Israel. The outlined problem has been studied on the background of variety of complex and ambiguous factors. On the one hand this is internationalization of the international system of the protection of Human Rights which is constantly being improved and deepened and on the other hand - national features of the Israeli legal system, complicated by the permanent Arab-Israeli conflict and the war on terror.
