Essay

Object of study: the technological process of the large deep holes machining. The aim of the study: the machining productivity increasing of the deep holes with given length and accuracy by the definitely-based cutting tool. Methods: methods of the systems analysis, experimental methods of the electron microscopy, methods of the parameter optimization. Theoretical and practical results: the cutting data selection method is developed to provide maximum productivity for selected level of the accuracy and holes length; new kinds of the cutting tool are proposed. Scientific novelty: new way of the providing quality and productivity increasing for the large deep holes machining with the definitely-based cutting tool is grounded. Degree of implementation: results are implemented in PJSC "Novokramatorsky Mashinostroitelny Zavod" (Kramatorsk). Application area: the developing of deep holes machining technological processes.
