The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of the problem future teachers motivation's formation to the professional activity. The theoretical analysis of the investigative is presented in the thesis that proves the important role in the structure of psychological readiness to the activity of this understructure as motivate - a kind of merged basis that gives the understanding of the phenomena of psychological readiness as the systemic formation. The content of the notion "motivation readiness of future teachers to professional activity", the structure of the notion is presented in the forms of the following understructures: personal (with the formed pedagogical vital qualities and terminal with the instrumental values) and motivated (with formed complex of stable motives). These understructures are combined by the professional activity and distinguish the quality of high school students' psychological readiness formation to the professional activity. The high, medium and low levels of motivation readiness of the future teachers to the professional activity are distinguished. Psychological and pedagogical conditions of future teachers' motivation readiness formation to the professional activity are distinguished. The conditions are as follows: the development of future teachers' personal attitude to the professional activity as personality value; the realization of prognostic function during professional training through the personality centered approach interactions with students in the process of individual educational directions' development; the formation of professionally conditioned motivation of the studding in the high level educational establishment which is oriented on the self actualization of the individual values and pedagogically important qualities and their adding into the personal context and into the professional image of the future teacher. The created program characteristics is given by the investigator which also contents motivation oriented psychological training and that is called "Motivation of personal living and professional achievements". The program takes into account the professionally and oriented motives in the structure of students' motivation readiness to the activity during the professional interest's formation process.
