The object of research is life way of the person. The work purpose: to develop the program of psychological androgyny gender strategies for youth on the basis of a deepening of psychological representations about gender features of a life way of the person for psychological services of higher education establishments. The methods: theoretical - analysis, comparison, ordering and generalization of the data, empirical - supervision, conversation, questionnairizing, psychodiagnostical, mathematic-statistical. The scientific novelty: the dissertation presents a factorial structure of student’s life way, which includes: «movement to constructive life», «social prestige», «following one’s own value orientations», «need for altruism» and «assertive behavior»; the thesis contains the results of gender-specific life way of students; in adolescence one can speak about the constructive and happiness-forming life way strategies; proved that happiness is an important component of life way between youth, it highlights the students’ background; psychological understanding of life way and happiness of the investigated is defined; as a result for psychological services of higher education establishments the program of psychological androgyny gender strategies for youth is developed. The practical value of research: the program of psychological androgyny gender strategies for youth on the basis of a deepening of psychological representations about gender features of a life way of the person is developed.
