The object of research is the process of reorganization of transnational banking business in the context of the challenges of globalization. The aim is to develop the theoretical and methodological bases of research transnationalization banking and development of scientific and practical recommendations for the reorganization of transnational banking business with the influence of globalization. Methods: method of theoretical generalization, systematic approach, the method of analysis and synthesis, methods of statistical and economic-mathematical analysis and modeling and so on. Theoretical results are to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of transnationalization banking business and develop scientific recommendations for the reorganization of transnational banks including manifestations of globalization. Bottom line: lies in the fact that the main provisions of the thesis will contribute to the development of organizational and economic reorganization of transnational banking business in terms of increased globalization.
