Izbash O. Organizational legal civil relations in implementation of copyright.

The thesis is devoted to complex research of organizational legal civil relations in implementation of copyright. There is a detailed analysis of concept and legal nature of practical legal relations, their correlation with civil legal relations. The thesis has defined the specific features of practical civil legal relations in general and in implementation of copyright. The thesis has accurately analysed and indicated the place of practical civil legal relations in the system of intellectual property rights. The thesis has stated that the division of the following types of civil practical legal relations are subject to the contents and direction of organizational efforts, i.e. 1) previously practical; 2) delegated practical ones; 3) organizational and controlled; 4) organization and information relations. There is a research of the object of practical legal relations which has complex character and consists of 2 parts: material and non – material. The thesis has considered the grounds for the emergence of practical civil legal relations which are settled by co – authors, agreements with collective management organizations. The thesis has couched the proposals on improving the norms of civil legislature. "
