Object of researches - Improvement of the system of informative support of administrative decisions for development soil of protective measures in the conditions of irrigation. Purpose of researches - to Develop the systems of informative support of administrative decisions for creation of complex soil of protective measures on the irrigated earths of south Steppe of Ukraine, directed on the rise of productivity of the irrigated earths, receipt of high harvests of alfalfa and other agricultural cultures. Methods of researches - the field; laboratory; computation; statistical. Results of researches - For a theory: First for the terms of south Steppe of Ukraine the complex of agro technological measures with application is developed soil of the protective mode of irrigation and mineral feed on the base of the system of the informative providing, which includes informatively the electronic reference base of "Fertilizer" and informatively electronic reference base "Alfalfa on a forage". For practice: The in the total conducted researches are developed and offered to production the soil protective agrotechnical measures on the improvement of indexes of fertility of soils in the conditions of irrigation, and also the special computer programs which it is possible to use in production terms how the component elements of the system of exact agriculture and system of support of technological decisions are for the rise of fertility of soils. The sphere of the use is the agricultural enterprises of south of Ukraine.
