Object: is a process of physical education of students with disabilities; goal theoretical foundation and experimental methodology development of motor skills formation of university students with the consequences of the Cerebral palsy in the process of athletics; methods: the generalization of best practices in physical rehabilitation specialists, sports coaches for people with disabilities by discussions and surveys of, psychophysiological diagnostics, pedagogical experiment, electronic timing, statistical mathematical methods; novelty: developed and experimentally proved motor skills formation technique of university students with the effects of cerebral palsy in athletics; and the results are: determined the level of positive changes in the indicators of physical, functional and psychological preparation of people with infantile cerebral palsy under the influence of athletics, substantiated an effective training program for students-throwers in the annual cycle; branch - the theory and methods of teaching (physical education, health basics)
