In the dissertation study identified the peculiarities of the regional approach in countering to international terrorism that is reflected in the activities of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. Disclosed the role of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in the formation of a critical attitude to all forms of manifestations of international terrorism among the population of Islamic countries. Shown the process of implementation of the main provisions of the regulatory legal acts of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in countering to international terrorism in the national legislation of the member states.
