Dissertation is sanctified to the actual theme - organization of scientifically reasonable medical control after the sportsmen of high qualification, which engage in judo. In dissertation the brought ground over and new decision of scientific task development and improvement of the medical checking system, by the estimation of types of blood circulation, on the basis of research of central hemodynamic for the sportsmen-judoists during a training process on the basis of analysis of hemodynamic indexes, indexes of spectrology of cardiac rhythm and indexes of autocorrelation analysis cardiac rhythm. It was educed that physical activity, that is got by sportsmen judoists of high qualification influences on forming as of circulation of blood and has the statistically well-proven difference for the sportsmen of different sexual belonging, different age-dependent groups, different qualification and experience of engaging in judo. It is in-process well-proven that for the judoists of high class more favourable is hypokinetic and eukinetic types of blood circulation, which is marked predominance of the central nervous system that is the index economic of circulation of blood. Sportsmen with these types of circulation of blood have more possibilities for realization of the index capabilities on competitions. For medical control important is a change as of circulation of blood hyperkinetic type of circulation of blood, that is early index of overstrain and needs the pharmacological or pedagogical correction of training.
