Kopaneva E. Scientometrics technology in the electronic library

The dissertation is analyzed phases of establishment and development of scientific research methods as the base of the bibliometrics, scientometrics and webometrics with due account taken of the transformation in the social-information communication sphere. Have been researched the scientometric tools of international and national bibliometric databases in the aspects of the adaptation of their information-technical solutions into the national science space. Have been worked out methodological reasoning of the modelling the cognitive-oriented system of scientometric research of documents flowing that consolidate the publishing activity monitoring, science communication system subject's citation and the web-usage intensity analyze of the materials they publish.
