The object of the investigation is processes of the megapolis management development as a complex self-organized social- economic system in local government. The subject of the investigation is the conceptual principles and methodic-technological approaches as for the megapolis sustainable development system building. The goal is argumentation of the conceptual principles and development of methodic-technological approaches as for the megapolis sustainable development system building. The most significant results are: at the first time the concentual principles that define requiremernts to the megapolis sustainable development system building are proved; the complex of methodic-technological approaches as for defined concentual principles implementation is offered. The approach as for social-economic focasting instruments usage in the process of strategic management by the megapols sustanable development; project analysis methodology usage for assessment of the projects of realization of strategic preorities as to sustanable development requirements; application of the special institution "zone of the strategic responsibility" in the model of strategic management of the megapolis sustanable development are improved. Business management approach to definition of success key factors and key competences of an organization; organization-methodological basis of the strategy realization management; an approach to the megapolis as a component of the social-economic self-organization system from the point of synergitic paradim view are developed.
