A research object is the sharp experimental peritonitis mechanisms forming at white rats; purpose - to establish the pathogenetic role of unspecific proteinase, their inhibitors and lipid peroxidation processes in development of local and system changes at peritonitis and ground experimentally pathogenetic correction approaches; methods - biochemical, morphological and statistical; novelty and results - experimental peritonitis development is accompanied by proteolysis system activating in a peritoneal secret; the experimental peritonitis design brings to acute unspecific proteinase reactions and their inhibitors in the blood serum; low doses and concentrations of phlogistic factor are activated tripsinlike and elastaselike activity, antitrypsin activity and acid-resistant inhibitors decrease are registered; lethal doses of phlogistic factor is multiplied proteolysis activity, the level of antitrypsin activity and acid-resistant inhibitors goes down progressively; the reactive proteinase activating, maximally expressed at the severe experimental peritonitis, registers in a bronchoalveolar secret; experimental peritonitis results in lipid peroxidation activating in the blood serum; experimental peritonitis causes pathomorphological changes in lungs, liver and kidneys, characterized by the expressed microcirculatory violations, parenchyma dystrophic and necrotic changes; nanosilver application efficiency is first established at experimental peritonitis; its intraperitoneal introduction at experimental peritonitis results in the decrease to proteolytic activity and inhibitors potential increase; Corvitin and Gordox application reduces the proteinase activating degree, causes lipid peroxidation and antioxidant defence normalization; both correction variants reduce morphological damage expressed; it is introduced - in the educational process of the Ukrainian medical stomatology academy, Kharkov national medical university, National pharmaceutical university (Kharkov), Ivano-Francovsk national medical university pathological physiology and histology departments; use field is scientific and pedagogical processes of medical educational institutions pathological physiology and histology departments, surgeon departments treatment-and-diagnostic process, laboratories and diagnostic centers.
