Dissertation thesis is devoted to a development biotechnology for biomass basidiomycetes of the genus Coriolus - raw material for productional of functional products and medicinal substances.According to the results of screening it was grounded the choice of strain C.versicolor 353 - a promising biomass producer (16 g/dm3).The composition of nutrient medium and cultivation conditions was optimized for the receipt of inoculum and implementation biosynthesis biomass of C. versicolor 353. According to research conduct, it was developed hardware and technological schemes for biomass productions of C.versicolor 353. Set the nutritional value of the biomass C.versicolor 353 and its biologicaly properties.
