Gladchenko O. Formation of informational culture of future State Tax Service specialists during their professional training

The dissertation is devoted to a theoretical study of the informational culture of future State Tax Service specialists of Ukraine, defined the pedagogical conditions of its formation during their professional training in the context of the growing requirements to this field's employees and trends of the informational society development. Function and activity field of a State Tax Service employee has been determined, clarified the concept of "informational culture of a future specialist of the State Tax Service", its structural components (cognitive and technological, value and reflexive, operational and activity), criteria, indicators and diagnosed levels of formation. Pedagogical conditions of informational culture of future specialists of the State Tax Service of Ukraine are theoretically grounded and experimentally tested as well as provided motivational and value orientation of students in learning informational culture as part of their professional training; phased curriculum completion of training future specialists of the State Tax Service with individual theme of modules and academic disciplines of informational culture; introduced interactive teaching methods, taking into account the context of professional activity of tax service specialist. A comprehensive methodology concerning levels evaluation of students' informational culture is worked out. Positive dynamics of the results obtained during the formation experiment allows applying the developed complex of conditions into general educational practice of training specialists in the taxation field.
