Polivantsev A. The influence of the fiscal system on international trade and economic exchange

The aim is to develop the theoretical and methodological bases of research dominant functioning , practices implementation and effectiveness of the fiscal system in the context of globalization for developing ways to improve and enhance trade relations. Scientific novelty is to deepen the existing basis of fundamentals of the study , practice, implementation and efficiency of fiscal system and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for improving fiscal policy. The practical significance of the results is to develop a scientific explanation of the proposal to improve the management of fiscal policy to increase international trade and economic exchange. Theoretical generalizations and conclusions and proposals contained in the thesis can be used in the activities of the legislative and executive authorities, in particular the development of mechanisms for enhancing international economic relations between Ukraine and the anti-crisis action planning foreign trade. The basic scientific principles and the results are used in the learning process in reading courses "world trade", "International Economic Relations", "Taxes and taxation system" for students of international economic relations and tourism Kharkiv National University named after V.N. Karazin , as well as reading courses, "Principles of Management", "Economic Theory" and "Economy" into " Kharkov humanitarian - pedagogical Academy" during 2011-2013 . Practical recommendations and proposals contained in the thesis introduced in the analytical and practical activities of the Department of International Cooperation of Kharkov City Council , in the analytical work of the State Tax Inspectorate in the Kiev region of Kharkov Kharkov region of the State Tax Service, LLC in the analytic work "Polex Express", in work of the Department of Economics and International Relations of the Kharkiv regional state.
