Essay

The Thesis for the acquisition the degree of the Candidate of Engineering in speciality 05.02.08. - Production Engineering. - National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute", Kyiv, 2013. Dissertation is devoted to the decision of important scientific and technical problem of technological preparation of treatment by cutting on CNC machine of 3-D surfaces of prosthetic appliances of human knee-joints and creation of computer-integrated САМ computer-aided design of managers of the programs. It is set in the theoretical plan of development of science of technology of manufacturing, that process control of treatment of endoprothesis of human knee-joint on CNC machine it is expedient to conduct on a priori information, that is contained in the mathematical model of process through the CAM-system of technological preparation of operation which automatically creates a management file at the decision of the same thing criterion task of optimization at every step of design. Developed computer-integrated САМ system of computer-aided design of managers of the programs for milling and polishing on CNC machines, which passed approbation by making of experimental standards of endoprothesis on the automatically developed programs. Got during the experiments of description fully confirm indexes are planned: a roughness and exactness of 3-D surfaces responds to request, and the productivity is enhanceable more than twice as compared to managers by the programs which are designed by known by the systems.
