The program of model physiological-hygienic experiment conducted a comparative analysis, hygienic, psychological, physiological, physiological studies and analysis of the health status of students for higher medical modern (KMES) and preliminary (SZES) education systems in comparison with students of higher technical. The results of the study of reactions of students of the higher medical establishments to the influence of living conditions allowed to establish common patterns and characteristics of functional status and health of students. It was ascertained that the sanitary conditions of students in the classrooms of medical schools is in terms of architectural and planning solutions, equipment, staffing, microclimate, lighting, noise meet hygiene standards. However, these unfavorable regime-organizational factors such as asynchronous and excessive working hours, especially, curricula, the need for remote clinical sites prone lack of free time and have a negative reflection on the functional state of higher medical students, the spread prenosological mental states that precede the development of asthenic disorders , a depressive and hypochondriсal character. A new approaches of psycho hygienic and implemented practical recommendations aimed at correcting functional state of the students of higher medical education institutions, the preservation and strengthening of their health. These include sanitary prenosological diagnostic of mental disorders precursor states and their correction by using psycho-hygienic practices.
