Saratova Y. Social Capital in Interorganizational Interactions of Higher Education Field.

The thesis is dedicated to study of social capital as an organizational resource. Theoretical model of organization's social capital as a specific form of organizational interactions in higher education is developed. Theoretical foundations of modern organizations activities under market conditions are analyzed. It is proved that interorganizational interactions are necessary aspect of activities under market conditions. Applications of social capital in framework of organizational theory are analyzed. The attributes oforganization's social capital and the main features of its applications in interorganizational interactions are demonstrated. Theoretical model of application of social capital in interorganizational interactions between universities and other actors of higher education field is developed.
